Bowling with firewood

Putting up firewood on the farm. Full service firewood with an inner bark lining that makes a great fire starter when coupled with a small base. I honestly don’t know what type of tree this is. We harvest dead standing trees and trees that have recently fallen. If you know what type of tree please be sure to comment.
