America is ‘an experiment that’s still going on’ -Breyer

Announcing his retirement from the U.S. Supreme Court Thursday, Justice Stephen Breyer extolled the virtues of diversity in America, calling it “a kind of miracle" that Americans have “decided to help solve their major differences under law.” Breyer hailed the importance of the rule of law and the "experiment" that is American democracy.
