1. Erie County District Attorney arresting and prosecuting West Seneca couple for using a false vax pass. Charging them with a Class D felony.

2. Gale Burstein statement in zoom call regarding NYS DOH pulling all guidelines and restrictions and putting all Covid-19 mitigation strategies on schools and families

3. Erie County Department of Health Commissioner Gale Burstein admits to breaking the law on zoom call. She has been giving gifts to children to get them to agree to receive Covid-19 injections.

4. Erie County Department of Health breaking their oaths of office and issuing fines to businesses for not complying with mask mandates. Businesses should not pay these fines. In every case a business challenged these fines in court, the fines were eliminated, and if paid, the money returned. The DOH knows this and still persists in harassing and menacing local businesses.

5. Erie County Department of Health officials allegedly being incentivized with $75 per hour pay to harass area businesses.
