Considering that I was not feeling my strongest, and 100 percent on point with this lift today, it has been over a month since I have done a heavy Bench AMRAP, AND I actually skipped the 5+ day, due to how scheduling went, I am VERY happy with this. I KNEW I was going to hit six today, I could FEEL it. I think I have 7 reps in me, on a better day, and I maaaaaaybe could have grinded it out today, but 6 was the goal that I had made, and the set was not as tight as I would have liked to be, and had a couple small mishaps, so I thought I would call it there. I'm getting closer and closer to my mini goal of being able to hit 100 Kgs for 10 reps! Good day! 🤟🏻
