Encouraging others as a life style

We should encourage people always and make it a part of our life! To say a good sweet word to someone that desperately needs to hear it, to be there and listen to someone with a burden on their heart, to outreach to those that maybe nobody visited them for a long time, and they feel alone, deserted and forgotten.
