What state, local governments will need to do to get infrastructure law money

The new bipartisan infrastructure law promises to fix a lot of country's transportation issues, from mass transit to highways and bridges in right here in California. But the law passed by congress doesn’t guarantee the federal money will come. In many cases, local and state governments will have to produce some of the cash to get access to that big pot of money in Washington.
