Spirit guided us to share in conversation about "How to Unplug from Collective Energy". 3 sisters shamanize and discuss about what "collective energy" really means, how we might recognise it in how we feel, or what we think about.

Our medicine offering begins with some practical tips in every day morning rituals and practices of tuning into ourselves from Lady Nyna, followed by a guided journey by Kat and Sarah. Let us take you through some visualisation and energy work on actually identifying what you are feeling, whether it "belongs" to you, and actually unplug from some things in order to clear space to connect and bring in what we want.
