California Banning Disposable Vapes & Cigarette Butts | San Jose Further Buries the 2nd Amendment

California is a hilarious place. Instead of tackling the real issues, they are passing a ban to get rid of filters on cigarettes and disposable vapes in the name of "muh litter." Good job.

San Jose has just passed a more pervasive law requiring all gun owners to purchase liability insurance. It's not going to result in any lives saved, it's only a clear attempt to discourage LEGAL gun ownership and create a defacto database in the process. It's an obvious violation of the second amendment and the lawsuits are already flying from good organizations; therefore the NRA are sitting this one out so far.
