Bachmann Heavy Duty Flatcar Rebuild

Found an old Bachmann Heavy Duty Flatcar at a train show. This particular type had 3 axle trucks. I had never noticed that until I pulled it out of the flatcar pile. It's a very cool model and I knew I had make something special out of it.
