The Bridges in this game appear to be coded strangely allowing Talion to fall through them if he doesn't come in contact with the correct point when - this usually happens when using the ability Shadow Strider landing on a bridge. You'll usually see this in forts to strange effect...

This game shows the real internal struggle that ensues from dying horribly with all your family then being possessed by some weird morally ambiguous devil creature who has a rather concerning obsession with acquiring and possessing Ring™.
