How to mail seeds on the cheap

Other tips:
- give your regular mail carrier a thank you gift card for Christmas or some other reason.
- put the envelopes in your mailbox, a public mailbox, or in the slot at the post office. Then they HAVE to process the letter in some way and it's basically as easy for them to send it on as it is for them to send it back to you.
- DO NOT drop them off at desk or to a postal employee
