This was the last time Tempe Police stopped me for no Bike Light, or wrong way in bike lanes, or crossing roads outside crosswalks. They stopped enforcing a lot of harmless "offenses" after this! And I made them stop arresting people for begging on public road sides back in 2013 for "trespass on State property" (a violation of right to free speech).
