3 Minute Garden Video with Tips, Tricks, and Hacks

Here I'm planting marigolds I'm planning on hustling just before Mother's day,
probably Easter as well.

I had a hex cell tray I filled but never used last year so I re-hydrated the soil yesterday,
and left it under the dome cover on a cast iron radiator over night to loosen the soil back up

I'm using bamboo skewers to both dibble the soil as well as transfer the seeds to the cells
using surface tension of water to pick them up getting them off is pretty simple too you just
knock em off on the sides of the hole you dibbled, if they're really stuck on there you can always use a
second skewer or toothpick or whatnot to help; ought to be wood though seeing it holds moisture and therefor
will create more surface tension than say a metal one and it's way easier than using tweezers or dry fingers.
You can also use the surface tension trick with your finger too.
