Esther 1:10-22 KJV

Amos 3;1-3 KJV

Ecclesiastes 7;25-28
I applied mine heart to know & to search & to seek out wisdom & the reason of things, and to know the wickedness of folly, even of foolishness & madness:
26 And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares & nets & her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her.
27 Behold, this have I found, saith the preacher, counting one by one, to find out the account:
28 Which yet my soul seeketh, but I find not: one man among a thousand have I found; but a woman among all those have I not found.

Leviticus 19:29
“Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom & the land become full of wickedness.”

Deuteronomy 28:54
“So that the man that is tender among you & very delicate, his eye shall be evil toward his brother & toward the wife of his bosom & toward the remnant of his children which he shall leave:”

Deuteronomy 7:6
“For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.”

Proverbs 7:2
“Keep my commandments & live & my law as the apple of thine eye.”

Deuteronomy 23:17
“There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.”

Proverbs 31:30
“Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.”

Ecclesiasticus 26:6
“But a grief of heart and sorrow is a woman that is jealous over another woman & a scourge of the tongue which communicateth with all.”

Leviticus 19:29
“Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom & the land become full of wickedness.”

Ecclesiasticus 36:24 “He that getteth a wife beginneth a possession, a help like unto himself & a pillar of rest.”

Proverbs 31:3 “Give not thy strength unto women, nor thy ways to that which destroyeth kings.”

Jeremiah 3:1 “They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man's, shall he return unto her again? shall not that land be greatly polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many lovers; yet return again to me, saith the LORD.”

1 Timothy 2;9-15
9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;
10 But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.
11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith & charity & holiness with sobriety.

Ecclesiasticus 26;8-17
A drunken woman and a gadder abroad causeth great anger, and she will not cover her own shame.
9 The whoredom of a woman may be known in her haughty looks and eyelids.
10 If thy daughter be shameless, keep her in straitly, lest she abuse herself through overmuch liberty.
11 Watch over an impudent eye & marvel not if she trespass against thee.
12 She will open her mouth, as a thirsty traveller when he hath found a fountain & drink of every water near her: by every hedge will she sit down & open her quiver against every arrow.
13 The grace of a wife delighteth her husband & her discretion will fatten his bones.
14 A silent & loving woman is a gift of the Lord & there is nothing so much worth as a mind well instructed.
15 A shamefaced & faithful woman is a double grace & her continent mind cannot be valued.
16 As the sun when it ariseth in the high heaven; so is the beauty of a good wife in the ordering of her house.
17 As the clear light is upon the holy candlestick; so is the beauty of the face in ripe age.

Ecclesiasticus 25;19-26
19 All wickedness is but little to the wickedness of a woman: let the portion of a sinner fall upon her.
20 As the climbing up a sandy way is to the feet of the aged, so is a wife full of words to a quiet man.
21 Stumble not at the beauty of a woman & desire her not for pleasure.
22 A woman, if she maintain her husband, is full of anger, impudence & much reproach.
23 A wicked woman abateth the courage, maketh an heavy countenance & a wounded heart: a woman that will not comfort her husband in distress maketh weak hands & feeble knees.
24 Of the woman came the beginning of sin & through her we all die.
25 Give the water no passage; neither a wicked woman liberty to gad abroad.
26 If she go not as thou wouldest have her, cut her off from thy flesh & give her a bill of divorce & let her go.
