Welcome to 100 Plank Jacks Challenge! This is a great exercise because it involves putting in significant cardio vascular effort and it also works out your lower body (legs and but), as well as your arms (a little bit)!

This video is also good for counting your Plank Jacks reps, i.e. a Plank Jack counter!
