They and went ahead. This has been overturned. There is an elder that Stefano's has spoken with out of Moose Jaw and I told them to bring up constitutional. So last night, they would not let them out of the current system into their own system and they were constitutional issues. When Stefanos told them to bring it up the constitutional challenge. Anytime that you're at a trial and you bring up constitutional challenge, everything ceases. So then they turned around and just ruled against him. So now this is going to have to go into into an appeal obviously.
