much tastier than cutlets and it’s easier to prepare
Ingredients:
Champignons - 500 gr.
Vegetable oil - 130 ml.
Onion - 1 pc.
Salt - to taste.
Black ground pepper - to taste.
Minced pork - 700 gr.
Rice - 150 gr.
Raw egg - 2 pcs.
Sour cream - 4 tablespoons
In the oven - 190 degrees. 40 minutes.
Cheese - 100 gr.
In the oven - 190 degrees. 10 minutes.
