This is for those who need to catch up on some sleep. 7 hours is the recommended minimum amount. But sometimes we need a bit more after a long day or catch up on missed sleep from a previous night.
Pink noise is similar to white noise but with the higher frequencies removed to make a lower hissing sound, it sounds similar to running water.
Remember to lay in a comfy position
Take 10 long deep breaths
And imagine yourself melting into your mattress
