This video is for those who need help getting into a deep sleep. whilst 4 hours is well short of the 7 recommended hours, it is long enough for those who struggle to fall asleep to nod off.
Pink noise is similar to white noise but with the higher frequencies removed to make a lower hissing sound, it sounds similar to running water.
Remember to lay in a comfy position
Take 10 long deep breaths
And imagine yourself melting into your mattress
