San Francisco's Absolute FAILURE of Dealing With Crime Results in an Open Air Drug Dumpster

Mayor London Breed of the once great San Francisco, California is tackling drug crime and an overall spike in crime in the Bay Area with untraditional means. Instead of casting the degenerates into the bay, she is setting up a safe and secure area in one of the worst areas, the Tenderloin, and instead of stamping out crime, creating new "linkage centers" to reachout to the people happy to spend the rest of their worthless lives on the street. Good job, it's going great.
