Washington State taxpayers. You now have a criminal case under the Deprivation Under the Color of Law 18 U.S. Code § 242. Put your Attorney General on notice with a FOIA request and go after the Surety Bond of every government official with a claim for fraudulent emergency order.  Inslee must face criminal charges for willfully violating the US Constitution. Under "color of law " it is a crime for one or more persons using power given by a governmental agency (local state or federal) to deprive or conspire willfully to deprive another person of any right protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
