Tonight's topic is anxiety and how to avoid anxiety as much as possible!

I want to let you know what you do have control over So get a pen and paper to write these down.

You control how many notifications you get throughout the day!
You control what you say 'NO' to doing!
You control what you put in your mouth - eating, drinking, smoking, vaping, etc.
You control watch you watch on your devices! What are you listening to on a daily basis?
