Our immune system keeps us alive and IgG glycome composition associated with life expectancy in 27 different countries, it is associated even with the development index in the individual countries, meaning part of it is socioeconomic, in the UK life expectancy can vary by 17 years based on your postcode (it went from 10-17yrs since covid). We look at the glycome as a possible better way to assess biological age than methylation clocks on todays show and how to influence you glycome and age better. PLUS In a recent article published in The Economist the author suggested that beef is as bad for the planet as coal and, as such, should be eliminated just like the fossil fuel. But are they right?
