Jen Psaki Inadvertently Admits Voting Rights Bill is about Federal Control of Elections

In her press briefing yesterday, Jen Psaki admitted that states "with a history of voter suppression" would have to obtain permission from the DOJ in order to change their voting laws. This of course, is totally unconstitutional, but when did that ever stop the Democrats?
