Driver Leaves Car Doors Wide Open

Occurred on January 22, 2022 / Austin, Texas, USA

Info from Licensor: Driving down MLK blvd in Austin and saw the driver of the vehicle driving erratically in my rearview mirror with their doors wide open. I followed them for a couple of miles, watching them weave in and out of traffic, running red lights, until they got on I-35 south. Where I lost them.
