Nassau County New York State Supreme Court Judge Rademacher ruled yesterday that all mask orders, regulations, mandates, guidelines and recommendations are not Constitutional and must end effective immediately.

In his ruling, Judge Rademacher cited that the legislative process was not adhered to by NYS, and outside of a state of emergency, that process needed to be followed.

Judge Rademacher went on to say that this ruling applied immediately and to everyone in the state, including schools and students inside them.

While schools and counties all over the state were celebrating this decision, and stating masks would be terminated or deemed optional, Kathy Hochul, Mark Poloncarz, SED and schools all over Erie County wrongly and illegally made all kinds of outrageous claims.

These claims were everything from this decision does not apply to us to they would be doing everything in their power to reverse this decision.
