As a kid I laughed at James Bond movies. I considered billionaire international criminals like Blofeld and Goldfinger just some kind of silly, unrealistic comic book villains. There was no way one person could hold the world hostage or threaten it with annihilation--no matter how rich or maniacal he might be. I was dead wrong. Bill Gates is Goldfinger in the flesh! Where is 007 when we need him?
