56 Red Velvet Cookie Cakes W/Box Cake Mix On Portable Pizza Oven

15.25 OZ cake mix (any BC brand flavor).
1/2 cup Smart Balance butter spread (or soft butter)
2 large beaten eggs.
Optional toppings.
I refrigerated dough overnight in covered bowl.
Use 1” scooper for 56-2” cookie cakes.
14-16, 2” baked cookies will fit on a 13” pizza oven pan, they need some space.
Bake 6 minutes upper heat only, then bake 4 minutes dual burner. (per oven manual, it works). Remove pan to cool after baking. Then remove cookies to cooling rack or cool pan/plate. Keep raw dough refrigerated in between baking batches, and store cookie cakes in a closed container.
