Ingredients:
Butter- 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil- 4 tbsp.
Garlic- 3 cloves
Red onion- 1 medium size
Red bell pepper- 1 pc.
Carrots- 1 pc.
Chicken (adobo cut)- 1/2 kg
Fish Sauce- 1-1/2 tbsp.
White vinegar- 1 tbsp.
Evaporated milk- 125ml
Pineapple tidbits- 60 grams (drained) or 115 grams (not drained)
Cornstarch mixture- 1tbsp cornstarch w/ 3tbsp water
Pickle relish- 1 tbsp. (optional)
Water- 1 cup
Salt and Black Pepper- pinch
