People dislike when politicians ‘say one thing and do another’

People don’t like when politicians “say one thing and do another,” according to author Douglas Murray.

Mr Murray discussed the recent controversy around several parties held at 10 Downing Street, which UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has come under fire for.

“You might think, well why go on about a party, or set of parties?” Mr Murray said.

“Well, the answer really is, that thing that we know the publics in all of countries just don’t like – which is hypocrisy.”
