Finally Figuring Out Why the Water Dish is Always Empty

Info from Licensor: Cookies is one of our dogs. We have a total of 10 dogs in our household. We always wonder why their water container is empty even though we just filled it. One afternoon, we caught cookies emptying the water container. Our other dogs are just watching her as she empties the water container by making a digging action.
