"Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand." Joel 2:1.

Andy Roman has been involved in full-time lay ministry since 1989, and he is currently working on evangelistic projects with several churches and ministries. He lives in Oklahoma City, OK and is married to the love of his life and they have two small children.

In 2014 Andy started Advent Messenger to provide news and commentary from a Biblical world view on current events and to proclaim the Everlasting Gospel (Revelation 14:6-12) as the only answer to remedy the great moral crisis taking place in our world. Advent Messenger also discusses issues affecting the Church in a genuine effort to warn against individuals who are attempting to change the landmarks of the faith and the pillars which we hold very dear.

Moses warned: "For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands." Deuteronomy 31:29.

Paul warned: "For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them." Acts 20:29, 30.

Ellen White warned: "I tell you now, that when I am laid to rest, great changes will take place. I do not know when I shall be taken; and I desire to warn all against the devices of the devil. I want the people to know that I warned them fully before my death." (Manuscript 1, February 24, 1915).

This blog documents how these "great changes" are taking place and how our historic teachings are being discarded. We are now living in the time of the "Omega" of deadly heresies as foretold in Selected Messages, Vol. 1, pp. 200, 204, and the instructions given us is to “meet it firmly, and without delay.” We offer solutions to many of these issues in an effort to promote a healthy discussion and to encourage everyone to "earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints." Jude 1:3.
