Please make sure that if anything happens to me that my youngest sister Beth gets my car.
Beth please get my car, identity documents, 💻 computer, and especially my cats, back to me if I'm alive & they let me out.
But whomever takes care of and protects and provides for all of my cats may have unlimited use of my car.
Please try not to wreck it, and I'll try and reimburse any impound fees...
But please rescue my cats and my identity documents.
Also rescuing my laptop would be a good idea too...
I don't like just how overboard crazy that deputy is behaving.
It's scaring me.
That's at least incident 2 this month, and I very strongly suspect that this guy was also present at the end of that car chase that I was a whiteness to on 10/08/21.
I have prosopagnosia or face blindness and I have trouble learning and remembering names and faces...
That's part of why I film so I can say with confidence who was there what happened.
But in this case there was no mistaking what was going on.
Both the deputies and the,Victims," were extremely aggressive towards me attempting to film what was going on there.
They were doing stuff that put the car thieves at risk. And well steeling cars is seriously not ok.
Neither is abusing people in police custody or citizen activists with cellphones....
These people were mad as hell and they started trying take it out on me...
It was really out of hand and the deputy kept trying to make it worse.
I finally stood up to them, but apparently this deputy doesn't feel obligated to follow the law.
But I stood my ground because I knew that what they were doing was setting a bad standard of conduct that could be repeated.
The worst part is that I saw victims going through the stuff in the stolen car before it could be catalogued and entered into evidence and I know that that counts as evidence contamination.
They then said that there were drugs in the car.
And I started questioning whose drugs?
The victims had been handling the same stuff before the police found the drugs...
I tried to show up at the arraignment hearing on 10/12/21 even though I had been diagnosed with double pneumonia 4days before...
They were not happy to see me.
The trial is scheduled for this week on 01/26/22 according to what I heard at the hearing.
I'm trying to show up to see if I can testify on behalf of the defendants.
I think that it's very important that all people are equal under the law and that means public servants like law enforcement need to treat everyone the same way.
Besides someone seems desperate for me to be there or they would not have made trouble for me at my last 2 jobs.
Suddenly I'm free to be at the courthouse all day everyday.
