Flat Rock + Overlook Hiking Trail in Pennsylvania + Colonel Denning State Park + PA DCNR State Park

Lisa and I in this video hike to Flat Rock Overlook at Colonel Denning State Park in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. We start at the trailhead located in the parking area just below the Ranger Station. The trail is a 5 mile round trip with taking on average 3 hours depending on how often you need to stop and catch your breath on the 1,200 foot of elevation change in the 2.5 mile Ascend.
