FOIA Scandal Update – Shelley & Lieberman Ethical Concerns

0:00 – At the 9/13 school board meeting, Ms. Wendy Carver states the FOIA request she placed with Spotsylvania County Schools on 9/6 is referenced by Mr. Lieberman’s 9/8 Facebook video.

0:42 – On Mr. Lieberman’s 9/8 Facebook video, Lieberman makes his campaign pitch that Ms. Phelps is inaccessible via phone or email. (This occurred in February 2021)

1:29 – On Mr. Lieberman’s 9/8 Facebook video, Lieberman reverses himself and admits he has communicated with Ms. Phelps via phone and email. (This occurred in February 2021)

2:14 – On Mr. Lieberman’s 9/8 Facebook video, Lieberman claims Mr. Braswell encouraged him to run for school board. (this shows the close relationship between the group of conspiring schools board members and candidates such as Braswell, Shelley, Lieberman, etc)

2:44 – On Mr. Lieberman’s 9/8 Facebook video, Lieberman claims without evidence that other school board members do not have her contact information and cannot communicate with constituents

2:52 – At the 3/8 School Board meeting, Mr. Lieberman praises Mr. Braswell. (this further proves the close relationship between the group of conspiring schools board members and candidates such as Braswell, Shelley, Lieberman, etc)

3:16 – On Mr. Lieberman’s 7/11 Facebook video, Lieberman makes his campaign pitch that Ms. Phelps is inaccessible via phone or email.

4:34 – On Mr. Lieberman’s 9/8 Facebook video, Lieberman admits that he has Ms. Phelps phone number. (This occurred in February 2021). Lieberman also makes hearsay statements.

5:42 – At the 9/13 school board meeting, Mr Rabih Abuismail asks why a FOIA request was routed to a school board candidate running for office (Rich Lieberman) instead of thru internal channels.

6:25 – At the 9/13 school board meeting, Ms. Dawn Shelley admits she receives FOIA requests and forwarded them to a “private citizen” she knows well. In other words, its Mr. Lieberman.
