Toyota Pickup 1990 3VZE Engine Valves

1990 Toyota V6 3VZE engine removed for cylinder exhaust value replacement.
This work included removing cylinder head, new values, valve lapping, valve shim adjustments, oil cooler gaskets and many other maintenance items.
Cylinder #3 exhaust value was found to be cracked open, explaining 0 PSI compression, and exhaust leak down in cylinder 3. Also most exhaust valves were found to have near 0 valve lash due to possible expanded valve length. New exhaust valves were shorter in length causing most valves valve slash to be within spec. A few valve shims were adjusted (ground down) for 0.27mm valve lash. Ground/sanded shims were installed sanded side down so as not to be in contact with cam lobe.
