Qigong Flow for Peace: Balancing the Water Element in Winter
This practice is inspired by some of my favorite Qigong movements because of how they make me feel less anxious and calmer. Each movement is related to each of the 5 elements from Traditional Chinese Medicine: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal. I begin and end with a water movement to help nurture our energy during the Winter Season, which is associated with water.
I hope this brings you some fluidity and calm into your day.
