Light Beams! Am I the only one confused here?

If you think I am over reacting please include in your comment a link to your video of you combining random natural and artificial light off some flat ice crystals near the ground and create multi colored light beams on a smaller scale like the ones in this clip. No disrespect I just know some will feel compelled by the system to protect "Mary Ours" explanation of this phenomenon. In my opinion it doesn't make sense and I do not believe it is the truth.
