Electromagnet and Permanent Magnet Side to Side Boat #shorts

This is a sort of spinoff from the electromagnet and pyrolytic graphite model that didn't work out so well but it is also based on a version designed several years ago.

The electromagnet turns on and off with the LED and turns the boat while the permanent magnet turns it back. (think compasses only bigger)

This is very slow so had to be 8x time lapsed.
The wider the angle of side to side turning the faster the boat will move.

Of course if the electromagnet were replaced with a permanent magnet on a servo it would go much faster still.
