Been reworking the iconic 5th Caprice by Paganini!
The theme gives me mischievous "dance-vibes" (lmao @ my weird description), and although I think I'm on the right tracks of relearning this Caprice, it still lacks some "ballsiness" on my part (is that even a word? )
I've regularly felt that my paranoia of the "perfect intonation" has too often prohibited me from simply... enjoying the music, so currently on my violin journey, I've been trying to focus on other aspects. Do you guys sometimes feel that way about intonation as well?
Anyways - that ballsiness I mentioned earlier is something that really makes or breaks virtuoso pieces from being convincing, so I'm excited to keep directing my focus to that angle when practicing
