How do you know juicing isn't Bad?| Nutritionist Opinion

Juice has tons of sugar in it (as well as vitamins/minerals) but no fiber. Fiber keeps you fuller longer as well as helps prevent spikes in blood sugar from consuming too much too fast. As long as your diet has plenty of fiber from other sources, adding juice isn't an issue.

Personally, I also started juicing to get more veggies in my diet, and after my tastes had changed enough to where I could juice mostly veggies (it can be pretty bitter at first), I noticed that kale, broccoli, and things I hated before, just weren't that bad. Now I can eat just about anything raw. Sure it might not be as great as an apple, or something sweet/processed, but veggies just aren't that bad. And the way you feel after juicing/eating meals that are mostly plant based is just so much better.

This is all personal trial and error though. Your efforts may vary.
