PART 10:
So after getting a the game to work fully without bugs like on snes emulators I'm playing the game on a Wii Dolphin emulator on 4k settings with auto fixed aspect ratio without any bugs and was able to complete the game from start to finish. I wanna thank Timmy for recommending me to play it, it was the motivation i needed to troubleshoot and make the game work.
