DARPA docs reveal that the vaccine makes COVID spread not human to human asymptotically

There was an early study out of Wuhan where 13 that exposed to SARS-COV2 and they were then exposed to 600 people not one transmitted the virus. Fact.

They are using spreads on skin (hand sanitizer) and aerosolized to spread SARS-COV2 virus.
