The objective of hundreds of thousands of propaganda films like this is to terrorize people into vaccine compliance. Unfortunately, it works successfully manipulating many. Such films are cheap to produce all you need to pay are a few actors but the effect is powerful so what I'm going to do, is use it instead to accomplish the exact opposite by saying what tyrants pray never happens:

If all the spectators here were fully armed do you think the government can get away with the arrest of such a child? Unfortunately, all the civilians were unarmed, the police here could have actually just as easily shot this girl in the head and nobody would still have been able to do anything about it except watch in horror and helplessness.
