Athol resident, Deborah Rose gave public comment on what she thinks the county should do regarding a possible change in the form of Kootenai County government.
Deborah Rose is the girlfriend of Chairman David Botting.
This was part of an Optional Forms of Government Commission meeting to listen to public comment on consideration of changing Kootenai County's form of government.
