The song "Unbreakable" was inspired by my 24-hour world record beating ride. The song just about wrote itself. It took me one day to write and record the music, and write the lyrics. And on the next day I recorded the vocals and mixed the tune.

On August 20th & 21st, I handcycled 407.7 miles in 24 hours and got an "unofficial" world record. I say "unofficial" because I did it at my trial run and didn't have the $12K to pay for Guinness to attend. I beat the previous world record by 3.9 miles in very challenging weather conditions, while on one of the tougher tracks in the world (Bud Harris Cycling Track in Pittsburgh, PA).
