Cooking, Freeze Drying and Rehydrating Ribs

This is part of our Freeze Drying The Alphabet from A to Z series.
This time I was cooking some ribs. It took two batches of cooking to have enough left over to freeze dry just the two trays I did, because they were good and we ate most of the first batch. After freeze drying them, I rehydrate a small sample for a taste test; they rehydrate slow when left very thick, but are very tasty. Next time I will cut them into thinner pieces before freeze drying.
