Red Roof Inn, Temple TX has Roaches

I’m currently battling with the Red Roof Inn, Orbitz and my Credit Card Company to deny payment for a reservation that I made at the Temple, TX location because when I got into my room found that it had cockroaches. Here’s the video of the roach I killed.
