I switch gears slightly here, going back to the 2nd half of the 19th century in the Russian empire and the rise of anti-tsar radicalism, reading mostly from E. Michael Jones' The Jewish Revolutionary Spirit, and then focusing on the rise of the Narodniks and Narodnaya Volya, the assassination of Alexander II, and comparing Jones' take to that of Carroll Quigley from Tragically Hopeless... er, Tragedy & Hope.
