Rehydrating Potatoes & Making Potato Salad
In this video we rehydrate some more of the freeze dried red potatoes and use them to make a test batch of potato salad. The texture of the potatoes were okay; a little softer than the way we would cook them for potato salad. But, then again, some people make mashed potato salad. The flavors and textures were at least as good as some store bought potato salad I've had.
